3 Ways to Show Your Customers Some Love

customer love Valentine’s Day has come and gone. Did you use the occasion to show your customers some love? If not, don’t despair. You can show your appreciation any time. After all, it’s because of their business that you can treat your special Valentine to flowers, candy or a night out on the town. Here are 3 ways to show your customers how much you care:

1. Exclusive Offers – Give your customers exclusive access to new products or services. Invite them to test new features, or offer them discounted rates. They’ll feel special and you could benefit from the user feedback.

2. Social Media Shout-outs – Social media is the perfect vehicle to show customers some love. Retweet your customers’ tweets of things they care about or successes they’ve had. Do a “fan of the week” shout-out on Facebook. (There are apps that automatically choose a fan for you. Search “fan of the week” on Facebook.)

3. Say Thank You – This seems obvious, but it’s easily overlooked. Take every chance to thank your customers for their business. An easy and memorable way to do this is to send a handwritten thank you note after they’ve made a purchase.

Today, she helps entrepreneurs develop clarity, confidence and connection to the truth of who you are, so you can create a business that has more impact, influence and income!
