As business owners, it’s not enough to provide a quality product or service that helps solve a problem our ideal client has. If you don’t make a profit, you’re not going to be in business very long. And then, how many people will you be able to help? None!
In my last podcast episode, I shared the first part of an interview with Mike Michalowicz. He is the author of “The Pumpkin Plan” and “The Toilet Paper Entreprenuer.” His latest book is called, “Profit First: A Simple System to Transform Your Business from a Cash-Eating Monster to a Money-Making Machine.” During the interview, Mike explained what motivated him to come up with the concept of having business owners take their profit “first” instead of waiting until after a company’s expenses have been paid.
In part two, Mike will expand on this concept and explain the core healthy habits that every business owner should follow.
