Marketing and sales may be the lifeblood of a small business. But if you don’t make a profit, and use that money to enhance the quality of your life and/or your family’s life, what’s the point?
Unfortunately, many small business owners only take their profit (if at all) after they’ve paid all their expenses. But that’s a big mistake.
