Growing up with a rare skin disease was not easy for Kathy Smith Carter. The traumatic experiences she endured as a child caused Kathy to struggle for years with depression and anxiety. She was able to find help, and has written a book in hopes of inspiring others to overcome their own trauma and experience victory.
