Early on in the Coronavirus Pandemic, women political leaders in Germany, New Zealand, Iceland and Finland, as well as the mayor of San Francisco, London Breed, rose to the occasion to implement policies that flattened the curve and controlled and prevented new cases. Yet, recent studies show that when Americans were asked who they admire as a leader, 80 percent chose a man.
Author and consultant Pattie Grimm is quite familiar with the challenges women face in business, having over 25 years experience as a senior leader for global companies like Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson. During this podcast interview, Pattie shares her story, and why she’s so passionate about helping women to be strong, stand up and stand out.
