The dictionary defines happiness as a state of being happy. As we enter the final quarter of 2020, I think it’s safe to say we could all use a little more happiness in our lives. The pandemic has caused a lot of pain, grief and stress for millions of people around the world. And yet, as Happiness Teacher Lauren Foster shared with me during this interview, there are also many positive developments that have occurred this year, if you’re willing to shift your perspective away from the negative.
