Make Twitter Introductions

Host a Networking Tweetup
If for some reason, networking opportunities just don’t seem to pop up naturally, create a reason to network with the people who interest you! Leverage the Power of Twitter Lists
An easier first step will be to start a public list of people you recommend on Twitter. You can categorize them according to their profession or any other interest. It’s easy to do this. When you come across someone you want to include in your list, click on their name and you’ll be taken to their profile page. You’ll be given the option to follow and to add them to a list you already have created or a new list.
As you come across people to add to your list, give them a shout out to show you’ve noticed them. You’ll have an easier time connecting with people this way.
